2019/03/09 - Over the past several months, I've been working on getting this website redesigned, and my journal notes are in piles on my desk and reference table, waiting to be transcribed here. I'll be working on them in between other projects.

2018/08/19 - Completed a series of pages on Making Maze Number 1 using the Tiled Map Editor.

2018/08/18 - Completed a page on the comparative values and benefits of Square Sizes for the computerized equivalent of board wargames map design, as well as for Mazes and other games.

2018/06/23 - Worked out my preferred Graphic Formats for the computerized equivalent of board wargames map design; with specific reference to a general 20x20 grid base map.

2018/05/23 - Completed a page on the comparative values and benefits of Hexes vs. Squares for the computerized equivalent of board wargames map design.

2018/04/10 - Began to compile some preliminary notes and calculations regarding Plate Carrée Spherical Game Map Development; using ArcGIS to produce a base map and ImageMagick to convert it to a .png file suitable for a 1920 x 1080 screen. Considered using Qt 5.10 as the presentation mechanism. Also considered Node.js with client-side JavaScript. See more at Spherical Maps.
